Integrations you can watch, pause and replay
Send new customers to your own middleware over signed webhooks, accept signed calls back, and move master data in and out by file. Every delivery is logged, retried and can be replayed.
How a connection is set up
Add the connection
Pick webhook, SMS or WhatsApp for one subsidiary. Each subsidiary holds one connection of each kind.
Control over every connection
Signed both ways
Outgoing calls carry a token and, if you set a secret, a signature. Incoming calls need the token, the signature when one is set, and a timestamp within five minutes.
Token rotation without downtime
Rotate a connection’s token and the old one keeps working for 24 hours while your middleware switches over.
Kill switches
Stop one kind of connection or every connection in a subsidiary, with a reason others can see. Messages wait until the switch is cleared.
Retries, then the dead-letter queue
A failed call is retried. What still fails is kept, and you replay or cancel it in bulk. Any outgoing delivery in the log can be retried on its own.
Imports that land whole
Customers, vendors, items, accounts and journals import from a CSV file. One bad row and nothing is saved; every refused row is listed by line.
Exports to Excel or CSV
Customers, vendors, items, stock movements, invoices, bills, payments and journals export from their lists, with your filters applied.

Questions buyers ask about integrations
What does Axon Suite send to another system today?
New customers: code, name, tax number, email, phone, payment term, currency and billing address, posted as JSON to your webhook through your field map.
Can another system send changes in?
Your middleware can post item changes to the connection’s own address. Each call is checked, mapped and logged. Writing them into your item records is not there yet.
Which records can we import from a file?
Customers, vendors, items, the chart of accounts and journals, from CSV, up to 5,000 rows a file. Each list offers a template with its columns.
What happens when the other system is down?
The call is retried, then held in the dead-letter queue for you to replay. A kill switch holds new messages until you clear it.
Can it send SMS?
Yes. The customer app’s sign-in codes go out by SMS through your own SMS provider account, set up as a connection.
