Van sales that post to your books
Load the van, sell offline, print the e-invoice, collect cash, card or transfer, and close the day. Each sale updates stock, the customer’s balance and the ledger.
How a van day works
Control from the office
Credit limits in the field
An order over the customer’s limit is held or refused, as your settings say. An invoice over the limit is refused.
Discount ceilings per rep
Each rep has a maximum discount; a line above it is refused.
A catalogue per rep
Reps sell only the items their catalogue holds.
Works offline
Visits, orders, invoices, payments and returns queue on the phone and sync when the signal returns.
Returns in the field
Returns are taken at the customer and credited by your approval and inspection rules.
Targets
A monthly sales target per rep, with progress on the rep’s home screen.

Questions buyers ask about van sales
Can a rep take orders and sell from the van in the same app?
Yes. A rep can take an order for later delivery, or invoice on the spot from the van’s stock.
What works without signal?
Check-in, check-out, skipped visits, orders, invoices, payments and returns. Loading the van and the end-of-day close need a connection.
Is the printed invoice e-invoicing compliant?
Axon Suite signs the invoice and issues its QR, which prints on the rep’s Bluetooth printer. An invoice made offline gets its QR once the van syncs.
Can we see what each rep collected?
Yes. Every payment is recorded against the rep, and the end-of-day close lists collections for the office to approve.
Does the sale reach the accounts?
Yes. The invoice posts its journal to receivables, sales and VAT, and the stock it took leaves the van at cost.
