Can we track expiry dates?

Yes. Lot-tracked items carry their expiry date, and stock leaves soonest expiry first when no lot is named.

Is stock in the vans visible?

Yes. Each van is a stock location, loaded and unloaded by transfer.

Does stock reach the accounts?

Yes. Movements post their cost to the ledger under the item’s costing method.
