E-invoicing, wherever you sell
Every invoice is signed and gets its QR from Axon Suite, whether a clerk raised it in the office, a cashier at the till or a rep in the van.
How an invoice is reported
Connect each unit
In Saudi Arabia each issuing unit is onboarded with the tax authority, passes its compliance check and is activated, and a unit can be revoked. In Jordan each company holds one credential.
Built into every channel
In the van
The QR prints on the rep’s Bluetooth printer. An invoice made offline gets its QR once the van syncs.
At the till
The POS receipt prints with its e-invoice QR.
VAT on every line
Tax codes and groups set the VAT each line carries, and the invoice posts it to the ledger.

Questions buyers ask about e-invoicing
Which countries does Axon Suite file in?
Saudi Arabia, with clearance and reporting from the office, the POS and the van, and Jordan, where invoices and credit notes are cleared when they are posted. Other countries are listed here only once their filing is built.
Do invoices from the van count?
Yes. They are signed and reported like any other invoice, and print with their QR.
What happens to an invoice raised offline?
It is kept on the rep’s phone and gets its QR when the van syncs.
