From quote to invoice, in one flow
Quote the customer, turn the quote into an order, ship what is in stock, invoice what shipped and take back what comes back. Each step checks credit, discounts and stock as it goes.
How an order moves
Set up the customer
Category, currency, payment term, price list, credit limit and an address book. Bring a whole customer list in from a CSV file.
Control from the office
Credit limits
What the customer has been invoiced less what they have paid, plus the new order, is checked against the limit. An order over it is held until someone with approval rights releases it, or refused.
Payment terms
Net days, end of month or a fixed day of the month. The due date is worked out from the term on every invoice.
Discount ceilings
A header discount as a percentage or an amount, and line discounts you can switch off. Going past the ceiling, or off the list price, needs override permission.
VAT-inclusive prices
A price list can hold prices with VAT included. The document keeps those terms from quote to order to invoice.
Order rules
A minimum order amount, a maximum number of lines, and a delivery date or warehouse required when your settings say so.
Printed in Arabic and English
Quotes, orders, returns, invoices and credit notes print as PDFs with every label in both languages.

Questions buyers ask about sales
Can we ship part of an order?
Yes. A shipment takes the lines and quantities you choose. The order shows as partially shipped, and you invoice what has gone.
What happens when stock runs short?
Stock is held for each order as it is saved. Lines that cannot be held wait as backorders and are filled oldest order first when stock arrives.
Can a salesperson change the price?
Only a user with price-override permission can sell away from the list price or past the discount ceiling. Anyone else is refused, on the preview and on save.
Who can release an order on credit hold?
Only a user whose role holds approval rights on sales orders. Releasing the hold confirms the order; until then it waits.
How does a return reach the accounts?
Once you decide what happens to the goods, a credit note is posted against the original invoice. If the customer chose a refund, the paid part is refunded.
