Questions buyers ask
Does the rep app work without signal?
Yes. Visits, orders, invoices, payments and returns are kept on the phone and sent when the signal returns. Loading the van and the end-of-day close need a connection.
Is every van invoice e-invoicing compliant?
The invoice is signed and its QR is issued by Axon Suite, then printed on the rep's portable printer. An invoice made offline gets its QR once the van syncs.
Are credit limits checked in the field?
Yes. A rep's order over the customer's limit is held or refused, as your settings say, and an invoice over the limit is refused.
Can we import our customers and items?
Yes, from CSV files of up to 5,000 rows. A file imports whole or not at all, and every refused row is listed by line.
