Cleared before it posts, and never sent twice
An invoice to a business is cleared with the tax authority inside its posting, and if the authority refuses it, the invoice does not post. Every attempt is recorded, and a retried post replays the first answer instead of sending again.

What happens at posting
Standard or simplified
An invoice to a buyer with a tax number is standard. One without is simplified.
Signed in sequence
Each device numbers its documents one after another and chains each one to the hash of the last.
Cleared at posting
A standard invoice is sent for clearance inside the posting. A refusal fails the post, so nothing is half issued.
Reported after
A simplified invoice is signed at posting and reported to the authority afterwards.
Recorded
Every call is logged with its attempt number, the authority’s answer, and any warnings or errors.
Details that matter
Retries are safe
The submission is tied to the post’s request key, so a retried post gets the stored result back.
Warnings are not errors
An invoice accepted with warnings is filed. One with errors is not.
Same rule from the van
A rep’s invoice posts through the same clearance as an office invoice.
Questions buyers ask
What if the authority is down when we post?
A standard invoice cannot post until it is cleared, so the post fails and can be retried. A simplified one posts and is reported later.
Can a retry send an invoice twice?
No. A post retried with the same request key returns the first result without calling the authority again.
Is there a record of what was sent?
Yes. Each attempt is stored with its request, the response, the status and how long it took.
