The quote the customer accepted is the order they get
Write the quote from the customer’s price list, mark it sent and record the answer. Accepted, it becomes an order with the quoted lines, prices and discount carried over unchanged. Left unanswered past its expiry date, it expires on its own.

How a quote moves
Write the quote
Customer, lines and an expiry date. Prices come from the customer’s list, and you can preview the totals before saving.
Mark it sent
Print it as a PDF in Arabic and English, send it, and mark it sent. It stays editable until it is converted.
Record the answer
Mark it accepted, or rejected with the reason the customer gave.
Convert
A sent or accepted quote with a warehouse becomes an order dated today, with its lines and discount exactly as quoted.
Expire
Each day, draft and sent quotes past their expiry date, in the subsidiary’s own calendar, are marked expired.
Details that matter
Prices locked from quote to order
The order takes the quote’s lines and discount as they stand. To change them, delete the draft order: the quote reopens as accepted, ready to edit and convert again.
A yes does not expire
Only draft and sent quotes lapse on their date. Once the customer has accepted, the quote waits for you to convert it.
The order runs its own checks
The new order holds stock and checks the customer’s credit like any order saved in the office.
Questions buyers ask
Can we email the quote from Axon Suite?
Not yet. Print it as a PDF, send it your usual way, then mark it sent in Axon Suite.
What if the price list changes after we quote?
The order made from the quote keeps the quoted prices. Only a new quote picks up the new list.
Can a rejected or expired quote become an order?
No. Only a sent or accepted quote can be converted, and each quote becomes one order.
