A price list for each customer, or one for everyone
Build sales and purchase price lists in their own currency, with or without VAT in the price, valid between two dates. Give a customer or vendor a list of their own or let them trade on your default, and price each item by unit with lower prices from a quantity up.

How a price list is set up
Create the list
Sales or purchase, its currency, VAT included or not, and the dates it is valid between.
Add the prices
A price per item and unit of measure, with more rows at higher minimum quantities.
Assign it
Mark a default list, and give a customer or a vendor one of their own.
Documents price themselves
Each line takes the highest quantity break it reaches, from the party’s own list or else the default in effect.
Details that matter
Defaults by subsidiary
A subsidiary’s own default list comes before the company-wide one, and a default outside its dates is passed over.
Dates are enforced
A customer’s own list that is not valid on the document’s date is refused, not quietly swapped for another.
Any currency
A list price is converted at the rate for the document date. With no rate the document is refused, never priced 1:1.
Questions buyers ask
Can each customer have their own prices?
Yes. A customer’s own list is used first. Without one, the default in effect applies, your subsidiary’s before the company-wide one.
Do purchase lists fill in costs?
Yes. A purchase document takes the vendor’s list price when no price is typed, and a typed price stands.
Are prices per unit of measure?
Yes. A carton and a piece of the same item carry separate prices, each with its own quantity breaks.
