How to read it
Choose the day
Stock on hand counts every movement up to that day’s close, in your subsidiary’s time zone.
Narrow it
Filter by warehouse, category or item, and include items at zero when you need the full list.
Open the stock card
For a date range, each item shows its opening, every movement in and out with its document, and the balance after each.
Print it
Generate either report as a PDF.
Details that matter
Built from movements
The figure is the sum of posted movements to the cut-off, so a past month reads the same today as it did then.
Every line names its document
Each stock card line carries the document number and type that moved the goods.
Per warehouse
On hand is shown for each warehouse, summed across its bins.
Questions buyers ask
Can we see stock as at the end of last month?
Yes. Choose that date and the report counts only what had moved by the end of that day.
Do vans show in the report?
Yes. A van is a stock location, so it appears with its own figure.
Can we trace a figure that looks wrong?
Open the stock card for the item: every movement is listed with its document and the running balance.
