The buckets show at a glance where money is stuck. A customer with everything in current is fine; one whose balance is creeping into 31–60 days and beyond needs a call, and perhaps a hold on new orders.
The same report works for payables, showing which vendor bills fall due soon and which are already late.
The common mistake is aging from the invoice date instead of the due date. An invoice on 60-day terms issued 45 days ago is not late, yet it would show as overdue.
In Axon Suite
Axon Suite ages every open invoice and bill by its due date into current, 1–30, 31–60 and over 60 days, as at any day you choose. The aging and each party’s statement print as PDFs in Arabic or English.
Aging buckets every open invoice and bill by its due date. A statement gives one customer or vendor their running balance with the same aging beneath it, printed in Arabic or English.
