Who owes what, and for how long

From open items to a statement

  1. Pick the side and date

Customers or vendors, aged as at any day you choose.

  2. Bucketed by due date

What is still owed on each invoice or bill falls into current, 1–30, 31–60 or over 60 days past due.

  3. Open a statement

Pick one customer or vendor and a date range: opening balance, every invoice, payment, credit and refund with the balance after it, then the closing balance.

  4. Print it

The aging and the statement both print as PDFs in Arabic or English.

Details that matter

Due date, not invoice date

Payment terms set each due date, and the aging counts from it.

Unapplied money shown

A payment not yet set against an invoice shows as unapplied, so the aged amounts plus unapplied equal the closing balance.

One currency per statement

A statement reads in its documents’ own currency. A party with documents in two currencies is refused rather than mixed.

Questions buyers ask

What currency is the aging in?

The subsidiary’s books currency, so every customer adds up into one total.

Can we send a customer their statement?

Yes. Print it as a PDF in Arabic or English and send it.

Does it cover vendors too?

Yes. The same aging and statement work for vendors and their bills.
