In Arabic سعر القائمة
A list price is the standard price of an item as published on the seller’s price list, before any negotiated discount or special price.
The list price is the starting point of every sale. Discounts, promotions and special prices are all measured as a departure from it, which is how you see what each deal really cost you.
Most businesses let a small number of people sell away from the list price, within limits, and expect everyone else to sell at the list. The difference between list and actual selling price is worth tracking per customer and per salesperson.
The common mistake is letting anyone overwrite the price on a line. Margins then erode one invoice at a time, and nobody notices until the month’s figures arrive.
In Axon Suite
In Axon Suite only users with the price-override permission can sell away from the list price. Without it, the document is refused, on the preview and on save alike, from the office or the rep app.
A price typed away from the list, a header discount past your maximum, or a line discount while line discounts are switched off all need the price-override permission. Without it the document is refused, on the preview and on save alike, from the office or the rep app.
