How a change is traced

  1. The change is saved

The entry is written in the same save as the change, so one cannot exist without the other.

  2. Open the audit log

Settings lists entries newest first, with the action, the kind of record and who did it.

  3. Compare

Open an entry to see the record before and after, side by side.

Details that matter

Stamps on every record

Each record shows who created it and when, and who changed it last and when, by name.

Archive, never erase

Deleting a user, role or master record archives it, with who and when, and restore brings it back.

Field work too

Rep visits, daily routes and rep devices are logged the same way.
