In Arabic خطة الزيارات
A journey plan is a rep’s fixed schedule of customer visits, set by weekday and in visiting order, and repeated week after week.
A journey plan decides how often each customer is seen and by whom. Without one, reps drift towards the customers they like or who are nearest, and smaller accounts go weeks without a visit until a competitor takes the shelf.
Plans are usually built per rep, customer by customer, with a visit frequency for each. The day’s stops are then followed in order, and any skipped stop is recorded with a reason so the office knows why it was missed.
The common mistake is drawing a plan and never measuring it. Compare planned visits with those made, and keep unplanned visits apart, or a rep can look busy while the plan itself is ignored.
In Axon Suite
In Axon Suite you plan each rep’s week on a map, customer by customer, and every morning the day’s stops are in the rep app. A skipped stop needs a reason, and unplanned visits are counted apart.
Put each rep’s customers on weekdays from a map, in the order they are visited. At midnight in your time zone the plan becomes that day’s route in the rep app. A skipped stop needs a reason, and unplanned visits are counted apart from planned ones.
