Plan the week on a map, follow it stop by stop
Put each rep’s customers on weekdays from a map, in the order they are visited. At midnight in your time zone the plan becomes that day’s route in the rep app. A skipped stop needs a reason, and unplanned visits are counted apart from planned ones.

How a plan becomes a day
Plan on the map
Pick a rep, click a customer on the map and add it to a weekday. Copy a day, add many at once or split marked customers evenly across days by area.
Order the stops
Drag stops into order, or order a day nearest first from the rep’s warehouse, by straight-line distance.
The day appears
At local midnight each weekday’s plan becomes the rep’s route for the day, shown as the schedule in the rep app.
Visit or skip
The rep checks in and out at each stop. Skipping one asks for a reason from your list, with an optional note.
Details that matter
Three planning modes
Per rep: no plan, a plan with unplanned visits allowed, or strict, where only today’s planned stops can be checked in.
One customer once a day
A customer can sit on a rep’s day only once, so the same stop is never planned twice.
Planned against done
The dashboard shows planned visits, how many were done, unplanned visits and skips with their reasons.
Questions buyers ask
Does Axon Suite plan the best road route?
No. It can order a day nearest first by straight-line distance, and you can drag stops into any order.
Can a rep visit a customer that is not on the plan?
Yes, unless the rep is on strict planning. Unplanned visits are counted separately from planned ones.
Who decides the skip reasons?
You do. The list of reasons is yours to keep, and the rep picks from it in the app.
