In Arabic أتمتة قوة المبيعات
Sales force automation (SFA) is software that plans, records and reports a sales team’s field work, such as visits, orders, collections and targets, from a phone and an office screen.
Without SFA, a field team runs on paper order books, phone calls and end-of-day spreadsheets, and the office learns what happened the next day, if at all. SFA puts the plan, the visit and the order on the rep’s phone, so the office sees the day as it happens.
A typical SFA setup has two halves: a mobile app where the rep follows the route, checks in, takes orders and collects, and an office view where supervisors plan routes, read the figures and act on exceptions such as missed visits or cash not handed in.
The common mistake is buying SFA as a separate system from the ERP. Orders then have to be re-keyed or synced, prices and credit limits drift between the two, and the rep sells on figures the books no longer hold.
In Axon Suite
Axon Suite pairs the rep app, listed in the stores as Axon Suite SFA, with a field dashboard showing each rep’s visits, sales and collections for the day, what needs attention, customers not visited for two or four weeks, and where each rep last reported.
The field dashboard shows the day’s visits, sales and collections for every rep, a list of what needs you, the customers nobody has visited for two or four weeks, and a map of where each rep last reported.
