How a supervisor reads the day
The figures
Visits planned and done, productive visits, sales, orders, returns and collections by method, against the same days just before.
What needs you
Reps who have not started, cash still held from an earlier day, closes to approve and van counts that do not match.
The map
Each rep at their last reported position. Pick one to see the day’s stops numbered in order.
One rep’s page
Their figures, a row for each day, and any day’s stops on a timeline with its end-of-day close.
Details that matter
Customers slipping away
Planned customers with no completed visit in two or four weeks, longest unvisited first.
Sales against target
Each rep’s month shows sales against their monthly target, when one is set.
In the rep app too
A supervisor sees the same figures and attention list in the rep app, for the reps they can see.
Questions buyers ask
Does the dashboard update by itself?
The attention list and rep positions refresh every minute while the page is open.
Can I look beyond today?
Yes. Switch the dashboard to this week or this month, and each figure is compared with the same number of days just before.
Are reps tracked all day?
The rep app reports its position every two minutes while the rep’s workday is open, and not otherwise.
