Every online order lands with a rep who covers it

New online orders wait on the dispatch board until a rep takes them. The area’s reps get a push and can claim the order in the rep app, or the dispatcher assigns it, and either way it goes only to a rep the area lists.

How an order finds its rep

  1. The order arrives

An order from the customer app waits unassigned. The area’s reps get a push; an order in no area notifies the whole subsidiary.

  2. Claim or assign

A rep claims it in the app, or the dispatcher picks one of the area’s reps on the board.

  3. Confirmed

The order is confirmed for that rep, from the rep’s own warehouse.

  4. Followed through

The board shows each rep’s orders as confirmed, out for delivery and delivered.

Details that matter

Orders stay in their area

An order inside a service area goes only to a rep that area lists. One placed in no area is open to any rep.

A map of both

Switch the board to a map showing the orders and where each rep last reported.

Assignment is a permission

Assigning from the board needs the Approve level on sales orders.

Questions buyers ask

Can two reps claim the same order?

No. Once a rep has it, it is no longer open, and the next claim is refused.

Can I give an order to a rep outside the area?

No. Add the rep to the service area first, then assign.

Which stock does the order use?

The assigned rep’s warehouse, which the order takes when it is confirmed for them.
