Deliver what fits today, invoice what was delivered

From the order in the rep app, the rep marks it out for delivery, delivers everything still owed or enters each line’s delivered quantity, then invoices what was delivered. The stock leaves, the invoice posts, and the rest can go out on another trip.

How a delivery closes

  1. Out for delivery

The rep marks the order out for delivery. The office can do the same from the sales order.

  2. Deliver

Deliver everything still owed in one tap, or set each line’s quantity. Each line starts at what it still owes.

  3. Stock leaves

What was delivered is issued from the order’s warehouse, against the stock held for the order.

  4. Invoice

The rep invoices what has been delivered and not yet billed, with the delivery fee. The invoice posts.

Details that matter

Two trips are fine

An order delivered in part shows as partially shipped and can go out again for the rest.

Nothing billed twice

Each invoice bills only what deliveries have left unbilled, line by line.

History kept

Every status change is kept in the order’s history, whether the rep or the office made it.

Questions buyers ask

Can the rep deliver offline?

No. Delivery and invoicing an order need a connection, since they move stock and post the invoice at once.

What if the customer takes only part?

Enter what was delivered per line. The rest stays owed on the order for a later delivery.

Is the delivery fee invoiced?

Yes. It is a line on the order, so it is billed with the first invoice.
