Their prices, your stock, one tap to order
Your retailers sign in with their phone number, browse the catalogue at the prices of their own price list, and check out against what is really in stock. Axon Suite works out every total before the order is placed.

How an order is placed
Sign in by phone
The retailer enters a phone number and types the one-time code sent to it.
Browse
The catalogue shows the items sold in the retailer’s area, with stock, at their price list’s prices where they have one.
Review the cart
The server prices the cart, discounts and VAT included, so the totals on the phone are the ones on the order.
Check out
The address, the area, minimum quantities and stock are checked again, and the order lands in Axon Suite.
Follow it
Order history shows each order’s status, and an order can be cancelled from the app while it still can be.
Details that matter
One-time codes with limits
A code lasts five minutes and allows five tries. A new one can be asked for after a minute, up to five an hour per number.
Only where you deliver
An address outside your service areas cannot check out, and each area sells from its own warehouse and price list.
Signed-in phones on view
The retailer sees the phones signed in to the account and can sign any of them out.
Questions buyers ask
Does the app do its own price maths?
No. The cart is priced by the server with the same rules as an office order, and the app shows that result.
Can a retailer order more than you have?
No. Checkout compares each line with stock in the area’s warehouse and refuses a short line, saying how many are left.
How do retailers sign in?
With their phone number and a one-time code. There is no password to forget.
