When a rep leaves, the route stays

Each rep belongs to a territory. When a rep leaves or changes round, hand their whole weekly plan to another rep in the same territory in one step, instead of rebuilding it stop by stop.

How a handover runs

  1. Set up territories

Create the territory with its code and name, and put each rep in one from the rep profile.

  2. Choose the reps

From the territory, pick the rep handing over and the rep taking over. Both must belong to it.

  3. Copy or replace

Add the stops to the new rep and keep the old plan, or move them and clear the old rep’s plan.

  4. Nothing doubles

A stop the new rep already has on the same weekday is skipped, and the result says how many.

Details that matter

Day and order kept

Each stop moves with its weekday and its place in the day’s order.

Who covers what

The rep list filters by territory, and the dashboard shows each rep with the territory they belong to.

No orphaned reps

A territory cannot be archived while reps still belong to it. The refusal names them.

Questions buyers ask

Can I hand plans to a rep in another territory?

No. Both reps must be in the same territory. Move the rep into it first from the rep profile.

Do the leaving rep’s visits disappear?

No. Only the plan moves. Visits already made stay on the rep who made them.

Are customers assigned to territories?

No. Reps belong to territories, and customers reach a territory through the reps whose plans hold them.
