The van is a warehouse, and stock moves by transfer
Every van is a stock location of its own under a parent warehouse. The rep asks for a load or an unload from the app, and it is recorded as a transfer between the two.

How a load moves
Open the workday
Loading and unloading are refused unless the rep’s workday is open.
Pick what to load
The app lists what the parent warehouse has available, limited to the items in the rep’s catalogue.
Send the request
The load is saved as a draft transfer from the parent warehouse to the van, numbered and dated on the day.
Post the transfer
Once the transfer is posted, the stock is in the van. An unload runs the same way, from the van back.
Details that matter
The van has its own stock
Van stock is counted, sold from and valued like any warehouse, so the van’s balance is always visible.
Only catalogue items go on
A load naming an item outside the rep’s catalogue is refused before any transfer is made.
A history per van
The rep sees every load and unload with its status: draft, posted or voided.
Questions buyers ask
Can a rep load the van offline?
No. Loading and unloading need a connection, so the warehouse and the van always agree on what moved.
Does stock leave the warehouse as soon as the rep asks?
No. The request is a draft transfer, and the stock moves when it is posted.
Where does a van load from?
From the warehouse the van sits under. Each van is set up with that parent warehouse.
