No signal in the van is no reason to stop selling
Check-ins, orders, invoices, payments and returns are saved on the phone when there is no signal, then sent once it returns. Each one keeps the day of the sale and is sent only once, however often it has to retry.

How an offline sale reaches the books
Sell as usual
The rep checks in, builds the cart and saves the invoice. The cart shows a local price estimate while there is no signal.
It waits on the phone
The invoice joins the phone’s queue, with its own serial from a block reserved for that rep in advance.
Signal returns
The queue sends in order, so an invoice waits for the check-in of its visit to land first.
The server decides
Axon Suite prices the invoice, checks credit, the catalogue and discounts, posts it and issues the e-invoice QR.
Details that matter
Sent once, never twice
Each document carries one key from the moment the rep taps save. A retry after a dropped signal cannot post it a second time.
A refusal is flagged, not lost
If the server refuses a document, it is not retried. It stays on the phone marked for attention, with the reason.
Some steps need signal
Loading or unloading the van, the end-of-day close and delivery updates are online only.
Questions buyers ask
What works without signal?
Check-in, check-out, skipped visits, orders, invoices, payments and returns. They are sent when the phone is back online.
Can a rep get round a rule by working offline?
No. Credit, catalogue and discount rules run on the server when the document arrives, the same as online.
Does an offline invoice get its e-invoice QR?
Yes, once it syncs. The server signs it and the QR appears on the invoice in the rep app.
