Each rep sells their own range, not your whole list
Build catalogues of items and give each rep one. The rep app lists only the items in it, and an order, an invoice or a van load naming anything else is refused on the server.

How a catalogue works
Build the catalogue
Name it and add the items it holds. One catalogue can serve several reps.
Give it to a rep
Choose the catalogue on the rep’s profile. Who assigned it and when is kept.
The app shows it
The rep’s product list and van stock show only the catalogue’s items.
The server holds it
Orders, invoices, van loads and returns not tied to an invoice are checked against it.
Details that matter
No catalogue, no selling
A rep with no catalogue, or an inactive one, cannot sell until one is assigned.
Returns against an invoice
A return against the customer’s invoice takes back what was sold, even if it has since left the catalogue.
Prices stay yours
The catalogue decides what a rep may sell. The price comes from the customer’s price list.
Questions buyers ask
Can two reps share a catalogue?
Yes. A catalogue is assigned to as many reps as you like, and each rep has one.
What happens to an item removed from a catalogue?
It disappears from the rep’s list on the next refresh, and new orders and invoices for it are refused.
Does the catalogue set prices?
No. Prices come from your price lists. The catalogue only decides which items the rep may sell.
